| 摘 要： | 为了更多地了解大学生就业竞争力的自我认知现状,对河北农业大学570名大学生进行了关于大学生就业状况的问卷调查,调查结果显示,大学生对自身就业竞争力的自我认知不足。针对这一现状,提出从加强大学生思想政治教育、职业生涯规划教育、就业指导等方面来提升大学生就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | To learn more about the status of college students＇ self-perception of employment competition,this research was done on basis of the questionnaire survey about college students＇ employment situation over 570 college students of Agricultural University of Hebei.According to the results of the survey,the college students is lack of self-cognition of employment competitive power.In response to this situation,the article is meant to promotes college students＇ employment competition power from strengthening university ideological and political education,career planning education,career guidance and so on. |
