油菜种子磁粉包衣及磁化处理的研究

摘    要:目的]进行种子磁粉丸粒化包衣并磁化处理方面的研究。方法]研究磁粉丸粒化包衣及磁化处理对油菜种子发芽率、发芽势、出苗率及幼苗素质的影响。结果]结果表明:种子丸粒化包衣时添加适量磁粉并进行磁化处理,种子的发芽势和出苗率得到了明显提高,幼苗素质得到了改善。结论]根据试验结果得出的发芽率、发芽势、出苗率和幼苗素质指数,确定油菜种子磁粉丸粒化包衣的最佳磁粉含量为20%,磁化磁场强度为100 mT。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of this research was to study magnetic granulation coating and magnetization treatment on seed.Method] The effect of magnetic granulation coating and magnetization treatment on the germination rate,the germination potential,seedling emergence rate and the young seedling diathesis were studied.Result] In seed granulation coating adding proper magnetism powder and doing magnetization treatment could increase the germination potential,seedling emergence rate of seed obviously and improve the young seedling diathesis.Conclusion] According to the indices of the germination rate,the germination potential,seedling emergence rate and the young seedling diathesis obtained by this test,the optimum content of magnetism powder for magnetic granulation coating of rape seed was confirmed as 20% and the intensity of magnetization magnetic field was 100 mT.
