芦荟中铬·汞·砷·铅·镉·铜·锌含量的测定

摘    要:[目的]测定新鲜芦荟中铬、汞、砷、铅、镉、铜和锌元素的含量。[方法]采用具有压力控制系统的MARS5型微波消解系统消解芦荟样品,用双道原子荧光法测定砷、汞,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铬,用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定铜、锌、铅、镉。[结果]各元素在芦荟中的含量均较少。[结论]微波消解法处理芦荟样品,具有快速、简便、节省试剂、消解完全等特点。

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to determine the content of Cr,Hg,As,Pb,Cd,Cu and Zn elements in fresh Aloe vera L.[Method] The samples of A.vera were digested by using MARS5 microwave digestion system with pressure control system.The content of As and Hg were determined by double tracts atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Cr content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The content of Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd were determined by full spectrum direct-reading inductance coupling plasma atomic emission spectrometry.[Result] The content of all the elements in A.vera were less.[Conclusion] Treating the samples of A.vera by microwave digestion method has the characteristics of being fast,simple,the economical reagent,complete digestion and so on.
