摘    要:非淀粉多糖是谷物副产物麦麸、米糠等的重要组成成分,是影响畜禽对谷物饲料养分和能量消化利用率的主要抗营养因子。但随着对非淀粉多糖研究的深入,人们逐渐认识到非淀粉多糖除具有抗营养作用外,还具有营养作用。

Abstract:Non-starch polysaccharides(NSP) is the main component of the cereals' by-products,and it is the main anti-nutritional factor restricting the nutrients digestibility and utilization by the animals.In fact,they have both nutritional and anti-nutritional effects on the animals.The effects of NSP on non-ruminants in recent years were reviewed.
