摘    要:以云南大理红花大金元品种C3F等级烟叶为材料,分析测定87份烟样中的类胡萝卜素、多酚和非挥发性有机酸的含量并对其含量进行分析比较.结果表明:旱地烤烟中的类胡萝卜素和多酚含量都高于田烟,且大部分差异达到了显著水平,有的达到了极显著差异;旱地烤烟中草酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸和多元有机酸总量都高于田烟,但只有苹果酸含量差异达到了显著水平;旱地烤烟和田烟中的高质脂肪酸含量差异规律性不明显.旱地和稻田的生长环境对烤烟主要香气前体物及其烟叶品质有较大的影响.

Abstract:Taking the tobacco of C3F grade of Honghuadajinyuan variety from Dali,Yunnan as the material,the contents of carotenoids,polyphenols and non-volatile organic acid in the 87 tobacco samples were analyzed,determined and compared.The carotenoids and polyphenol contents in the flue-cured tobacco of dry land were higher than those in the tobacco of paddy field,and most of differences reached a significant level,and some reached an extremely significant level.The contents of oxalic acid,malic acid,citric acid and multiple organic acid in the flue-cured tobacco of dry land were higher than those in the tobacco of paddy field,but only differences in malic acid reached a significant level.The difference in high quality fatty acid content between flue-cured tobacco of dry land and tobacco of paddy field was insignificant.In conclusion,the growth environment in the dry land and paddy field had a remarkable impact on the major aroma precursors and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
