微波辅助法提取黑穗醋栗中黄酮类物质的研究

摘    要:文章以黑穗醋栗为试材,研究微波辅助萃取法提取黄酮类物质的最佳工艺条件。首先进行了单因素试验,在此基础上设计了L(934)四因素三水平正交试验。确定了微波辅助法提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:以95%乙醇为提取剂,微波功率500W,微波温度65℃,提取时间8min,提取液料比10:1(mL·g-1),最佳条件下的提取率为0.738mg·g-1。结果表明,微波辅助萃取法有省时、节省溶剂、提取率高等优点,有较大的推广价值。

Abstract:The blackcurrant was analyzed as the extracted material to identify the optimum conditions of the microwave assistant extraction method. Firstly, the single factor experiments were undertaken, and then the L9(34) orthogonal experiments were designed. The optimum conditions of the microwave method were 95% alcohol for the extraction of ethanol, the power 500 W, microwave temperature 65 ℃, extracting time 8 min, extracting ratio 10:1, under these conditions the extraction yield was 0.738 mg·g-1. Microwave assistant extraction method had the advantages of time-saving, solvent-saving and high extraction yield, so it had the value to apply widely.
