虎头蜂蜂毒胜肽Mastoparan之生物活性

摘    要:虎头蜂毒液富含多种具生物活性之分子。合成6种台湾虎头蜂毒液中所含之小分子蜂毒胜肽mastoparan,并进一步研究其生物活性。抗菌活性试验结果显示,蜂毒胜肽对于革兰氏阳性菌及革兰氏阴性菌皆具有抑菌效能。进一步探讨蜂毒胜肽的溶血活性,结果显示此胜肽在抗菌有效浓度下,仅对人类红血球造成轻微溶血现象。此外,利用大肠杆菌BL21品系测试蜂毒胜肽对其细胞膜通透性改变之影响,结果证实蜂毒胜肽可以造成细菌细胞膜通透性之改变。

Abstract:Hornet venom was a complex of many bioac- tive molecules. The venom peptides, mastoparan, from six Vespa species were synthesized and further study on their biological characterization were conducted. The results revealed that hornet venom peptides exhibited potent antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. In the hemolytic activity assay, venom peptides showed little hemolytic activity against human red blood cells at effective antibacterial concentration. In the membrane permeabilization assay, our data also verified that venom peptides caused membrane permeabilization on E. coli BL21.
