基于Pro/E的打瓜取籽机关键机构设计

摘    要:打瓜取籽机的关键机构如破碎滚筒、曲柄机构、清选机构等的参数设计在打瓜机设计中占有重要的地位,合理的参数设计可以使打瓜机籽瓤分离好、瓜子破损率减小、质量好、效率提高,并延长机器使用寿命。文章以振动筛式打瓜取籽机为例利用Pro E软件对其关键机构设计建模并利用ADAMS进行仿真分析,以对研制物理样机提供可靠的参考和依据。

Abstract:Take melon seeds machine key institutions such as broken rollers, crank mechanism, cleaning agencies and other design parameters in the design of melon machine occupies an important position, reasonable parameter design can make flesh melon seed separation machine good seeds breakage rate decrease, good quality, efficiency, and extend the life of the machine. Articles with shaker style melon seeds machine, for example the use of taking Pro E software design modeling its key institutions and using ADAMS simulation analysis to provide reliable physical prototype for the develop- ment of reference and a basis.
