| 摘 要： | 把面粉样品中的过氧化苯甲酰用无水乙醇提取出来,在酸性条件下,用过氧化苯甲酰（BPO）把Fe~（2＋）氧化成Fe~（3＋）,再与邻菲罗啉发生褪色反应,用TLC法测定面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量。
