摘    要:文章介绍当前数控机床误差的各种典型检测与补偿方法和技术特点,分析目前数控机床误差检测与补偿技术研究中存在的问题,重点分析数控机床的误差动态综合补偿技术的不足和难点,提出一些解决方法和策略,并对今后的研究思路和市场应用做了进一步规划与展望。

Abstract:This paper introduces the current variety of typical CNC machine error detection and compensation methods and technical characteristics, Analysis of the current error detection and compensation of CNC machine tool technology research problems, focusing on analysis of CNC machine tools integrated dynamic error compensation technology shortcomings and difficulties and propose some solutions and strategies, And future research ideas and market applications made further plans and prospects.
