摘    要:在170F1柴油机上采用惯性增压、优化冷却系统等措施进行降低喷油嘴热负荷的试验研究工作:利用热电偶实测不同方案下喷油嘴、气缸盖的温度分布,研究燃烧过程、冷却系统等因素对喷油嘴热负荷的影响,得到了降低该柴油机喷油嘴热负荷的方案,当采用优化冷却系统的措施时可使喷油嘴高温处温度降低13.7℃,其温度梯度、圆周温差也均有改善。

Abstract:On the use .of diesel engines in 170F1 inertia supercharging, optimization and other measures to reduce cooling system heat load injector pilot Study:Measured using a thermocouple nozzle under different scenarios, the tempera- ture distribution in the cylinder head, of the combustion process, the cooling system and other factors on the heat load of the nozzle, Been reduced thermal load of the engine fuel injector program . When using the optimized cooling system measures can reduce the temperature at the nozzle temperature 13.7 ℃, the temperature gradient, circumferential tempera- ture also showed some improvements.
