车床CA6140支架机械加工工艺及夹具设计

摘    要:文章完成了对"CA6140支架"的加工工艺分析设计。支架类零件广泛应用于各种机械的变速箱中,本文在详细分析了(CA6140支架的生产工艺规程),从而实现定制中批量生产加工的工艺规程。就支架的加工工艺,分析了该零件的整套加工方案,最终确定了一套科学合理的加工路线,并在以后的计算过程中,验证了这套工序的合理性,最后,以(CA6140支架)夹具设计为例,进行了夹具的设计,并做了切削力、夹紧力的分析计算。

Abstract:completed "CA6140 bracket" in process analysis and design. Bracket parts are widely used in various me- chanical gearbox, this paper analyzes the (CA6140 stent manufacturing process planning), in order to achieve mass cus- tomization in the process of order processing. On the bracket process, analysis of the complete set of parts machining pro- gram, and ultimately determ!ne a set of scientific and rational processing line, and in the subsequent calculation process to verify the reasonableness of this process, and finally to (CA6140 bracket) fixture design, for example, conducted a fixture design, and made a cutting force, clamping force analysis and calculation.
