| 摘 要： | 畜牧业作为农业的一个重要组成部门,因不符合古典经济学所设定的市场条件而难以依赖市进行资源配置。文章通过对世界主要农业发达国家扶持畜牧业发展的财政政策介绍及国内外学者对农业投入与农业发展水平的实证结果,得出财政支持畜牧业发展的不可替代作用。

| Abstract: | animal husbandry as an important component of agricuhure sector, because they do not comply with the set of classical economics is difficult to rely on market conditions and market allocation of resources. Articles by the world＇s major developed countries to suppo8 agricultural development of animal husbandry and fiscal policy introduce domestic and foreign scholars of agricultural inputs and agricultural development level empirical results obtained financial support irreplaceable role in the development of animal husbandry. |
