摘    要:呼叫中心的实训是呼叫专业人才培养的重要组成部分,是对学生进行呼叫职业技术应用能力训练的教学过程。实训的最终目的是全面提高学生的职业素质,最终达到学生满意就业、企业满意用人的目的。针对对呼叫中心专业的学生进行实训,文章就以下方面进行研究。
