城镇化对我国粮食安全影响研究

粮食是维持人类生存和发展的必需品,是关系到国计民生的重要战略性物资.目前,我国城镇化已进入到加速发展期,城镇化在提高人们生活水平和促进经济社会发展的同时,也对农业生产和粮食安全带来不同程度的负面影响,出现诸如耕地减少和劳动力流失等问题.在城镇化进程中为确保粮食安全,我国应坚守1.2亿hm2耕地红线,加强耕地质量建设,提高农民种粮收益,加快创建节水型城市.

Impacts of urbanization on food safety of China

Food is the most basic material for human survival and development is the important strategic supplies of national economic development and social stability. At present, our country has entered into the accelerated development of urbanization, urbanization contributes to improving people''s living level and promoting economic and social development,but also brings the negative effect on agricultural production and food security, a series of problems arise like the cultivated land decrease and labor loss. In order to ensure food security in the process of urbanization, we should strictly control the total population, stick to the red line of 1.2 hundred million hm2 of arable land, strengthen the construction of cultivated land quality, raise farmers'' benefit and speed up to create water-saving city.
