水分胁迫对甜玉米产量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽控水法对真甜美6号、穗甜1号进行水分胁迫试验。结果表明:水分胁迫对甜玉米株高影响比较大,对穗位高基本无影响;不同程度水分胁迫下,叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量均下降,重度胁迫时叶片内叶绿素含量极显著低于轻度胁迫和对照,但a/b值增加。随着胁迫程度增强,产量呈下降趋势,轻度胁迫对产量影响不大。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted with Zhentianmei 6 and Suitian 1 at three levels of water stress.The results showed: water stress affects on plant height.but had no effect almost on the ear height.Under varying water stress,the contentof total chlorophyll、 chla and chlb were reduced,leave chlorophyll content at severe stress was very significantly lower than at mild stress and ck,but the ratio of chla to chlb was enlarged.As the stress level increased,production decreased.Mild stress had no distinct impact on the output of sweet maize.
