基于劳动交换论农村社会结构的变迁

基于陕南闫沟村的实证调研数据,以农村存在的劳动交换现象作为切入点,考察社会转型初期农村社会结构变迁的现状,探讨农村社会结构变迁的发展趋势,并对农村劳动交换做发展趋势预测。研究表明,在转型时期,劳动交换的主体、类型结构、交换对象、规则等要素都发生了改变,反映出农村社会结构传统性与现代性并存的特点。根据农村社会结构的变迁趋势,可以预测农村劳动交换将朝着以高度组织化、市场化为特点的现代化方向发展。

Discussion on Changes of Rural Social Structure Based on the Perspective of Labor Exchange

In order to understand the development trend of the rural social structure changes and the rural labor exchange phenomenon in China,an investigation was carried on Yangou Village in the southern of Shaanxi Province,and the research results were thoroughly discussed from the perspective of social structure by selected the rural labor exchange phenomenon as the starting point of this study.It was found that the elementary factors,such as the subject,structure type,exchangeable object and labor exchange rules,were all changed in the transition period of China society.And the results also indicated that the characteristics of the rural social structure was coexist with the tradition and modernity.It could be predicted that the rural labor exchange would be more highly organized and market-oriented than ever according to the changes of rural social structure.
