文昌鸡免疫性状与部分生长性能的相关分析

随机选择同批出雏文昌鸡80只,隔周称量体质量,并于49日龄均分为两组,分别腿肌注射25%绵羊红细胞(SRBC)悬液0.5 mL(A组)和1 mL(B组),56日龄翅静脉采血,检测异嗜性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(H/L)以及SRBC抗体滴度,分析生长性能和免疫性状之间的相关性.结果表明:H/L值与相对生长率和日绝对生长量之间均呈负相关(r=-0.0370,r=-0.1180),A、B组SRBC抗体滴度值呈显著差异(P＜0.05), A组与相对生长率和日绝对生长量之间呈显著的负相关(r=-0.3980,r=-0.4000),B组与生长性能均不存在显著相关.研究结果显示腿肌注射0.5 mL SRBC抗原能更好的评估文昌鸡的免疫性能.

Analysis of Correlation between Wenchang Chicken's Immune Traits and Some Growth Performances

Random sampling 80 chickens from population of Wenchang Chicken (WC),and weighing every two weeks.Meanwhile, dividing 80 chickens into two groups at 49 days of age, A and B, each of them contained 40 members.Group A and group B had injected of 0.5 mL and 1mL 250% suspen-sion of sheep red blood cell (SRBC) respectively.The value of Heterophil/Lymphocyte(H/L) and SRBC antibody titer were detected from blood of vein wing at 56 days of age, and the correlation between immune traits and growth performance were also analyzed.Both relative growth rate and absolute mass growth per day had a negative correlation with H/L value, whose coefficients were -0.0370 and -0.1180, respectively.There was significant difference of SRBC antibody titer between the two groups, A and B(P<0.05).Moreover, A group had significant negative correlation with relative growth rate and absolute mass growth per day, whose coefficients were -0.3980 and -0.4000, while B group had no significant correlation with any growth traits, The present researches showed that 0.5m1 antigen of SRBC inoculated into the thigh muscle could evaluate immune ability better.
