| 摘 要： | 近些年来流式细胞术(FCM)发展迅速,除了用于科学研究以外,FCM己广泛用于基础医学及临床医学的相关领域之中。文章阐述了FCM组成及作用机理并与其他免疫检测方法进行比较,着重介绍了FCM在免疫学中的应用,并展示了FCM在免疫学上应用的广阔前景。

| Abstract: | Flow cytometry developed rapidly in the latest years, it was often used for research, it had been used for basic medicine, clinical medicine and correlated domains generally. The purpose of this acticle was to show the construction and mechanism of FCM. Compared with other immunoassay methods and emphasized the application of FCM in immunology. It also showed the broad prospects of FCM in immunology. |
