摘    要:基于表达序列标签(EST)的SSR标记因开发简便、快捷等特点,已在植物研究中得到广泛应用。简要列举木本植物中EST—SSR的可利用性和通用性,重点综述EST—SSR的多态性及其在木本植物遗传多样性评价方面的应用,期望为今后的相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:The EST (expression sequence tag) based simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers have been wide- ly applied in plant related studies because of the easy and quick development properties. The practicability and ver- satility of EST - SSR techniques for woody plant species were briefly summarized. The polymorphism of EST - SSR and its application to evaluating the genetic diversity of woody plant species were reviewed to provide the EST - SSR relevant future research with references.
