摘    要:以15个籼稻品种(系)为花药供体,对籼稻花培一次成苗的培养效果进行了研究.结果表明,15个籼稻品种(系)的平均愈伤组织诱导率,一次成苗与多级成苗的相近.而平均绿苗分化率,一次成苗明显高于多级成苗的,使籼稻一次成苗的平均绿苗率比多级成苗的高出近1倍;一次成苗还具有白苗率低的优点,其平均白苗率只有多级成苗的1/2.说明一次成苗技术具有推广应用的价值.本文还对完善一次成苗技术及白化苗问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:The anther culture efficiencies of the one-step seedling formation and the multistage seedling formation, with 15 indica cultivars as anther donors,were studied.The results showed that:the mean percentage of callus induction of the one-step was similar to that of the multistage, but the one-step can increase the green plantlet frequency for almost 1 time owing to the significantly high green plantlet differentiation frequency;the one-step also took the advantage over the multistage in reducing albino plantlets, Thus,the one-step seedling formation was considered to need to be populated. Some problems about the onestep technique and albino plantlets are also discussed in the paper.
