| 摘 要： | 本文研究了四氮唑染色法测定棉籽生活力方法中影响染色和预湿速度的因素并进行了改进，使四氮喹染色测定棉籽生活力缩短到2小时，而不影响其准确性，改进方法与目前生产中常规棉籽生活力测定方法差异不显著。
