摘    要:随着科技的迅速发展,科技示范园在中国正在蓬勃发展,作者首次提出了节水科技园的功能建造与产业化的观点,打破以往示范基地的模式,不仅重视示范基地的科学性、可观性、高科技性,更为重视的是示范园功能与产业的紧密结合,提出了节水科技园以节水灌溉试验示范为基础,发展相关四个产业,即节水科技观光产业、节水产品中介产业及节水科技产业。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, the science and technology demonstration park developed quickly. Based on the good understanding of this, the authors first put forward the point of view of the functional construction and industrialization of national water saving irrigation sci tech park. Break throw the traditional pattern, the authors not only attach importance to science, demonstrational region, but also pay much attention to the combination of the demonstrational function with industrialization. After further study, four industrial approaches are advanced, that is, the industry of science and educational tour, the agency, the experiment of the high technology in water saving irrigation, etc.
