| 摘 要： | 按照国务院对产粮大县、产棉大县和国定贫困县的划分，笔者分类进行了实地调查和统计调查，实证地研究了农业政策性信贷资金在三类县的运行效果，得出了农业政策性信贷资金的运用对国定贫困县农村经济的贡献率较大等结论。
