河北省巴氏奶消费现状及对策研究

在河北省奶牛养殖业发展面临着行业性危机,甚至普遍出现亏损的时期,基于“拉动”型生产方式理论,由乳制品消费市场“拉动”整个行业良性发展成为走出困境,壮大河北省奶业市场规模及竞争力的必然出路。通过对河北省保定、石家庄、邯郸、张家口等市（区）调研问卷整理,深入分析了河北省巴氏奶消费现状、发展过程的制约因素,并提出合理发展建议。

Current Situation of Pasteurized Milk Consumption in Hebei Province and Its Countermeasures

At present, the dairy industry development in Hebei Province is facing an industry crisis and undergoes a period of universal losses. Based on the ＂pull＂ theory of production mode, stimulating the dairy products consumption market has become the most important driving factor that is able to promote the healthy development of the industry, expand and improve the competitiveness of dairy industry market of Hebei Province. Based on the investigation and questionnaire conducted in Baoding, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Zhangjiakou and other cities in Heibei Province, we deeply analyzed the current situation of pasteurized milk consumption and the restricting factors of development process, and we also proposed reasonable countermeasures.
