摘    要:旨在研究广藿香对冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的抑制作用,确定广藿香的镇痛作用。将24只小鼠随机分为广藿香低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和对照组,采用灌胃给药方式,分别给予0.25、0.5、1.0g/(kg·BW)广藿香及生理盐水;给药后,各组小鼠灌胃20%冰醋酸溶液,观察并记录各组小鼠的体态变化以及扭体次数,并计算镇痛率。结果表明,给予20%冰醋酸溶液后,高剂量组小鼠的腹痛症状较轻,低剂量组小鼠的腹痛症状较为严重,抽搐明显;高剂量组小鼠的扭体次数极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),中、低剂量组小鼠的扭体次数显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);高剂量组的镇痛百分率最高(36.73%),低剂量组的镇痛百分率最低(14.45%)。广藿香对冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应具有抑制作用,表现出良好的镇痛作用,且镇痛作用呈现一定的量效关系。


Analgesic Effect of Pogostemon cablin on Acetic Acid-induced Writhing in Mice
Abstract:The aim of the present study was to assess the inhibitory effect of Pogostemon cablin on acetic acid-induced writhing in mice and to determine the analgesic effect of Pogostemon cablin.A total of 24 mice were randomly and averagely divided into Pogostemon cablin low-dose group,moderate-dose group,high-dose group and control group.The 0.25,0.5,1.0 g/(kg·BW) of Pogostemon cablin solutions were intragastricly administrated for the low-dose,moderate-dose and high-dose group,respectively,and saline was intragastricly administrated for the control group.The mice in treatment groups and control group subsequently received 20% of acetic acid solution by intragastric administration.The posture change and writhing times of the mice were recorded,and the analgesic rate was calculated.The results showed that after receiving 20% of acetic acid solution,the mice in high-dose group expressed mild abdominal pain symptoms and their counterparts in low-dose group exhibited severe symptoms and convulsed;the writhing times of high-dose group was very significantly less than that of low-dose group(P〈0.01),and the writhing times of moderate-and low-dose group was significantly less than that of control group(P〈0.05);the highest analgesic rate was observed in high-dose group(36.73%) and the lowest analgesic rate was observed in low-dose group(14.45%).The combined data showed Pogostemon cablin had inhibitory effect on acetic acid-induced writhing in mice,expressing good analgesic effect with exhibited dose-effect relationship.
