| Abstract: | Based on introducing the theoretical connotation of circular economy and the advantages of developing the circular economy in the tropical areas,the public goods characteristics and government's duty of circular economy system and the decision-making direction of circular economy construction were discussed,so as to promote the development of social economy in the tropical areas. |
