摘    要:通过二次回归正交试验,研究了秋水仙碱浓度与处理时间的组合方式对亚麻种子多倍体诱导成活率的影响,筛选出了不同的秋水仙碱浓度与处理时间正确组合可以达到最佳多倍体成活率,明确了二因素在诱导变异效果上交互关系不明显,只是简单的线性关系;分析了二因素对诱变效果的相对重要性。统计分析结果表明:0.35%秋水仙碱处理11.32 h,多倍体成活率为60%。秋水仙碱的浓度对于增加多倍体成活率的效应要比处理时间更加显著。

Abstract:Quadratic regressive factorial experiment was used to optimize different concentrations of colchicines and different time periods for inducing effects of flax seeds.The relations between concentrations of colchicines and time were not interactive but simple linear,and its importance on inducing effects was analyzed.The results showed that the most amount of mutation was achieved by combining colchicines 0.35% with time 11.32 h,and the concentrations could increase more obviously the ratio of mutation than treated times.
