| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同月份、不同浓度的赤霉素（GA3）对君子兰的开花及其生理指标的影响,为君子兰花期调控提供理论依据。方法]分别在8、9、10月的15日进行叶面喷施不同浓度GA3,以清水作对照,定期测定君子兰叶片可溶性蛋白质和糖等生理指标。结果]8月15日和10月15日喷施50～100mg/LGA3对君子兰提早开花有促进效果,而9月15日喷施100～200mg/LGA3对君子兰开花时间有延迟作用。GA3处理可使君子兰叶片可溶性蛋白质和全氮含量降低、可溶性糖含量和碳氮比值与开花时间的关系无明显的规律。结论]GA3对君子兰提早开花有促进作用,喷施时期8月或10月中旬,喷施50～100mg/L。
