| 摘 要： | 以东方百合"索邦"、"白领"鳞片为试材,通过多层层积处理对小鳞茎的诱导、增殖、成球等因子进行研究.在相同的自然条件下,研究了不同基质之间、不同处理层之间以及同一鳞片上小鳞茎诱导的情况.结果表明:混合基质对小鳞茎的诱导倍数最高,分别较蛭石和草炭基质高出0.413和0.538倍;多层层积处理的处理层中,第1层的小鳞茎的诱导倍数最高,分别较第2层和第3层高出0.221和0.126倍;在同一鳞片上,基部再生的小鳞茎能力最强,边缘次之,凹面和背部再生小鳞茎能力最弱,在鳞片的顶部没有再生小鳞茎.
