白酒糟生产高蛋白饲料研究进展及前景

摘    要:白酒糟是白酒生产后的残渣,利用白酒渣为原料生产高蛋白饲料是减少白酒糟丢弃对环境造成污染以及弥补我国高蛋白饲料不足的重要途径之一.笔者对利用白酒糟生产高蛋白饲料的主要方法及其优缺点进行综述,对白酒糟发酵产生高蛋白饲料技术在未来建立行业标准规范的必要性进行分析和展望.

Abstract:Distiller's grains are the residue generated in the production, Now how to use the distiller's grains as raw material to produce high-protein diet is an important way to reduce the white wine lees discarded to pollute the environment, as well as to make up for our lack of high-protein feed. This paper mainly reviewed on high-protein feed distillers' grains production methods and their advantages and disadvantages, meanwhile, the necessary of establishing industry standards for the production of white high-protein feed by fermentation lees technology in the future were analyzed and discussed.
