烯效唑干拌种对小麦分蘖期间内源激素及糖氮比的影响

摘    要:为了探明烯效唑干拌种对小麦分蘖期间内源激素及糖氮比的影响,本试验以小麦品种绵阳26为材料,采用间接酶联免疫吸附法和作物生理研究方法对其进行了研究。结果表明:烯效唑处理提高了分蘖节内ZT含量和ZT/IAA、ZT/ABA、IAA/ABA、GA/ABA比值,降低了ABA含量;在分蘖前期降低了IAA和GA含量,分蘖进入两极分化阶段IAA和GA含量升

Abstract:ELISA and physiological researching methods on crop were used for verifying effects of uniconazole waterless-dressing seed on endogenous hormones and C/N ratio at tillering stage of wheat,c.v. Mianyang 26. The results showed that ZT contents and ZT/IAA,ZT/ABA,IAA/ABA,GA/ABA ratio increased in tillering node of wheat,while ABA contents was lower than that of check from beginning to end at the tillering stage.IAA and GA contents decreased in early period of tillering and enhanced,approaching or surpassing that of check in the polarity period;C/N ratio was higher than that of check,the soluble carbohydrate contents were higher than total nitrogen's, carbohydrate metabolism was relatively more vigorous than nitrogen's,which is beneficial to the growth of tillers,in the early period of growth and development of wheat.C/N ratio was lower than check's,total nitrogen contents were higher than that of soluble carbohydrate,nitrogen metabolism was relatively more vigorous than that of carbohydrate,which helps to the emergence of tillers, in the middle and later period of growth and development of wheat. There were distinctly differences in all treatments and the treatment of 20 mg/kg was the best in all. The enhancement of ZT content and ZT/IAA ratio and the reduction of IAA and GA contents are beneficial to the emergence of tillers in the early period of tillering.The enhancement of IAA and GA contents helps tillers grow into ears in the polarity period.The reduction of ABA content and the enhancement of ZT/ABA,IAA/ABA ratio are probably beneficial to the growth of tillers and reducing the death of tillers in the tillering stage.The promotion of soluble carbohydrate contents helps provide the growth and development of tillers with more soluble carbohydrate 90 days after emergence by uniconazole treatments.
