| 摘 要： | 本文针对高校普遍存在的投稿和搞科研时出现盲区和误区等现象，试以目前国内外普遍公认的权威检索，文献SCI为例探讨了如何开发利用SCI等文献来帮助高校读者克服这些困难，从而进一步提高高校图书馆的服务水平。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the widespread phenomenon that many universities have unknown and mistaken areas in submitting documents and conducting research, the paper has probed the ways of utilizing SCI, which is authority and generally accepted all over the world, and discussed how to use the SCI to help the university users overcome these difficulties, so as to further improve the service level of university libraries. |
