摘    要:以免耕播种机锯切防堵装置为研究对象,借助高速摄影技术对秸秆运动规律和抛撒轨迹进行了在线跟踪拍摄,通过对拍摄图片的再现观察与分析,发现秸秆运动轨迹是平抛、斜抛和直线运动的组合,秸秆在抛送过程中伴有自转、偏转、碰撞与反弹回流等现象,验证了锯切防堵装置的防堵机理是锯齿圆盘切刀切割秸秆的同时,依靠锯齿前角和抛撒板共同作用抛送切断秸秆而实现防堵功能。

Abstract:The movement and throwing trajectory of straws cut down by the saw-tooth anti-blocking mechanism of no-tillage planter had been photographed by the high speed photography. By observing and analyzing the pictures at different time it was found that there exist different types of straw movement such as rotation,collision,deffection and recoil etc.The moving trajectory of straws consists of even throwing,slant throwing and linear movement.The anti-blocking action of the saw-tooth mechanism had been validated,which lies in throwing straws to the rear of the opener by the saw-tooth and throwing plate.Therefore the anti-blocking requirements were satisfied.
