日粮硒对雏鸡血液、淋巴组织含硒量及谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶活力影响的研究

摘    要:本实验用200只一日龄白洛克肉用雏鸡随机分为三组,分别饲喂低晒基础日粮和添加硒0.2、0.5毫克/公斤的日粮,研究了2—9周龄内雏鸡血液。部分淋巴器官组织含硒量及GSHpx对不同硒水平日粮的反应。结果表明血硒和组织含硒量、组织GSHpx活性间,均有显著的线性相关。胸腺、脾、法氏囊三组织中,脾组织含硒量较高,并具有较高的GSHpx活力。还表明法氏囊在低硒营养时组织含硒量受影响幅度大,而胸腺、脾组织含硒量则相对较稳定。

Abstract:200 one-dey-old white Plymouth Rock chicks were divided into three groups.Each group of chicks were fed with basic diet and supplemented diet with 0.2 and 0.5ppm Se(as sodium selenium)respectively. The responses of the Se content and Glutathione peroxidase in blood and tissues of chicks to different dietary Se levels were studied.The results showed that low Se diet induced the decrease of Glutathions Peroxidase ( GSHpx) in Thymus, Spleen and Fabricius Bursa of chicks.Selenium content in blood was positevely correlated to dietary Se levels and to the activity of GSHpx in tissues of Thymus, Spleen and Fabricius Bursa.There was the largest Se content and the greatest activity of the GSHpx in Spleen.
