江西食物时空波动特征研究

摘    要:食物波动是食物安全的重要研究内容,以往研究粮食波动的较多,但研究食物波动的较少,为了解决各类食物的可加性问题,现将各类食物产量均转化成热量。同时,为了更好地研究江西食物总量、食物种类及各地级市食物总量的波动问题,选择了食物波动指数、变异系数为研究指标,运用聚类分析法对其进行波动分类。经研究初步认为,江西各类食物生产的稳定性大致为:粮食>油料>肉类>糖料>蛋类>水果>牛奶,这说明目前江西的三大主要食物(粮食、油料、肉类)生产稳定、安全性好。运用聚类分析法将江西11个地级市食物总量波动(1991~2003年)分为6类,从Ⅰ类至Ⅵ类稳定性依次下降,宜春为Ⅰ类地区,吉安、新余、景德镇、赣州为Ⅱ类地区,南昌、上饶为Ⅲ类地区,鹰潭、抚州为Ⅳ类地区,九江为Ⅴ类地区,萍乡为Ⅵ类地区。

Abstract:Food fluctuation is the important research contents of the food security,but the study on the food fluctuation was the less.The comparable problem of all kinds of foods are solved by transform all kinds of output of food into energy now.Meanwhile,in order to study the fluctuation problem of total food,in the paper the food fluctuate index and variation coefficient were studied with the method of cluster analytic approach to cluster.Through studying the stability of all kinds of food in Jiangxi was as follows: grain > Oil > Meat > Sugar > Eggs > Fruits> milk.This proved the three main foods(grain,oil and meat) production in Jiangxi were stability,security and fine at present.With the method of cluster analytic approach and according to the total food fluctuation(1991~2003 years) and variation coefficient,total food fluctuation of 11 prefecture-level region in Jiangxi were divided into 6 kinds.
