以创省级"文明学校"为契机促进图书馆满意服务建设

高校图书馆是高校精神文明建设的一个重要窗口,本文从图书馆开展满意服务工作的必要性入手,论述我馆以创省级“文明学校”为抓手,改变过去重藏书,轻服务的做法;并把创省“文明学校”窗口与满意服务承诺制相结合,使图书馆满意服务工作再上一个新台阶。

Promote library Satisfactory Service Construction by Taking Creating Provincial Level "Civilized Schoo1" as an Opportunity

University library is an important window in the spiritual civilization construction of a university. Starting from the necessity of unfolding satisfactory service work in library, the paper expounds on the past practice of focusing on collection but giving less importance to services by taking the opportunity of creating provincial level "Civilized School", combines the creating provincial level "civilized school" windows with satisfactory service promise system, so as to march up to a much higher level in library satisfactory service.
