| 摘 要： | 对胡椒花穗、果实的生长规律和果实在不同发育阶段的养分含量进行研究。结果表明,胡椒从开花、果实生长发育到成熟,需要8一9个月。随着胡椒果实的发育膨大,果实N、P、K、Ca和Mg的含量逐渐增加,但不同养分增加幅度有所不同。胡椒果实中还含有一定的微量元素,如锰、铁、硼、铜和锌等。

| Abstract: | Spike growth and berry development of black pepper(piper nigrum)were studiedand the berry nutrient content was also observed at various stages. Resu1ts showed that theblack pepper berry maturad after 8 -9 months of f1owering. With the development of theberries their N,P,K,Ca and Mg content increased gradually but to various extents,andthe berries also contained some trace elements such as Mn,Fe,B,Cu,Zn,etc. |
