摘 要: | [目的]研究月季石榴无土栽培基质的最佳配方。[方法]以月季石榴为研究对象,对其进行营养液根诱导和基质培养,通过对其生长和生理生态指标的测定,筛选出最佳基质配方。[结果]①在营养液根诱导条件下,生长状况由优到劣的溶液样号分别为5#、4#、3#、2#和1#;且Ⅱ类苗的生长势优于Ⅰ类苗。②在基质培养条件下,生长状况由优到劣分别为3号、0号、4号、1号和2号;正交试验条件下分别为正交8、正交1、正交9、正交7、正交6、正交5、正交2、正交3和正交4。③通过生理生态因子测定,正交8的日均净光合速率较高,蒸腾旺盛,气孔开度变化明显,叶面水气压亏缺不明显。[结论]月季石榴最佳基质配方为泥炭、腐殖质、珍珠岩,且其比例为9∶3∶3。

Abstract: | [Objective]The aim was to study the best matrix formula of Punica granatum Linn.var.nana Hort.[Method]P.granatum L.var.nana Pers was the material,whose roots were induced by nutrient solutions,cultured in matrix,and growth and eco-physiological indexes were measured.[Result]The results showed that:①Growth conditions from better to worse of the liquids were 5#、4#、3#、2# and 1#,and the second kind of nursery grew better than the first one.②Growth conditions from better to worse in the matrix were the number 3,0,4,1,2 and in the orthogonal experiments were 8,1,9,7,6,5,2,3 and 4,respectively.③After measuring eco-physiological indexes,the number 8 in the orthogonal experiments exhibited a higher net photosynthesis rate,the most strongest transpiration rate,the more obvious stomatal conductance and inconspicuous water deficiency.[Conclusion] The best matrix formula was that the ratio of peat,humus and perlite was 9∶3∶3. |
