节蓼不同提取液对白背飞虱的触杀和拒食作用

摘    要:目的]明确节蓼提取液对白背飞虱的生物活性。方法]应用均匀设计法研究了节蓼全草的不同提取液对白背飞虱的触杀和拒食作用。结果]乙醇浸提液和水蒸汽蒸馏液对白背飞虱48 h的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为6.143 2和6.897 3 mg/ml,水蒸汽蒸馏液对白背飞虱244、8 h的拒食浓度(AFC50)分别为8.827 49、.269 8 mg/ml。结论]乙醇浸提液和水蒸汽蒸馏液对白背飞虱具有较高的触杀活性,水蒸汽蒸馏液对白背飞虱具有较强的拒食活性,乙酸乙酯浸提液对白背飞虱的触杀和拒食作用不显著。

Contact and Antifeedant Actions of Different Extracts from Polygonum nodosum on Sogatella furcifera
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to confirm the biological activity of the extracts from Polygonum nodosum on Sogatella furcifera.Method] The contact and antifeedant activities of different extracts from the whole grass of P.nodosum on S.furcifera were studied by using uniform design method.Result] The 48 h median lethal concentration(LC50) of ethanol extracts and steam distilled liquid on S.furcifera were 6.143 2 and 6.897 3 mg/ml resp.The 24 h and 48 h antifeedant concentration(AFC50)of steam distilled liquid on S.furcifera were 8.827 4 and 9.269 8 mg/ml resp.Conclusion] Ethanol extracts and steam distilled liquid had higher contact activities on S.furcifera.Steam distilled liquid had stronger antifeedant activity on S.furcifera and ethyl acetate extracts had no significant contact and antifeedant activities on S.furcifera.
