满江红九膘亚属种雄性育性的初步调查研究

摘    要:将满江红九膘亚属3个种小孢子育性调查结果分成两大类.第一类特点是小孢子败育程度严重,全败育或近全败育;第二类特点为小孢子败育程度轻或较轻,总败育率变化幅度大.讨论了影响小孢子育性因素——遗传和外界环境条件.另外,就大型小孢子的发现,推测未减数配子可能是形成多倍体途径之一.

Abstract:Based on the data from investigation, the fertility of microspore in 3Azolla species belonging to Subgenus Rhizosperma could be divided into 2 groups, In the first group, the microspore is seriously sterile, totally sterile or nearly totally sterile while the microspore in the second group is slightly sterile with a narrow range of variation of total sterility. Moreover, the factors-heredity and environmental condition which affect the fertility of microspore are discussed in this article. In addition, on basis of discovery of mega-microspore, the gamete without meiosis is inferred as one of possible pathway to form Azolla multiploid.
