浅淡围场主要气象灾害与防灾减灾

围场满族蒙古族自治县是河北省承德市县域面积最大的县,也是高原、深山、浅山、沙地、沟谷、河湖等地形地貌多样而导致气候类型复杂的县分。文章综述了围场的低温、霜冻、干旱、风沙、雹害、洪涝、暴雨、雨淞等主要气象灾害,提出完善县级气象灾害防御组织、建设覆盖面广的气象预警信息发布网络平台、制定气象灾害应急预案等防灾减灾的对策措施。

Analysis of Main Meteorological Disasters and Disaster Prevention and Reduction of Weichang

As the biggest county of Hebei Province Chengde city,Weichang Man and Monggol Autonomous county has a diversity topography and geomorphology of Plateau,remote mountain,hilly,sand,valley,river and lake,which induced to the complex climate types.This article elaborated the main climate disasters of yard as low temperature,frost,drought,blown sand,hail damage,flooding,torrential rain and glaze.The countermeasures were proposed as improving meteorological disaster prevention organization,building up disaster warning information releasing network and drawing up the disaster emergency response plan.
