农村居民点用地潜力分析——以井研县为例

通过对四川省井研县农村居民点用地现状分析,指出用地存在的问题。同时结合国家农村建设用地标准,计算井研县农村居民点用地潜力,并对其整理增加耕地进行了潜力分级。建议应合理配置土地、节约用地等,有效地对农村居民点进行整理。

Analysis of Rural Residential Land Potentially in Jingyan

Through the analysis on the present condition of rural residential land,the problems of rural residential that generally existed were point out.Combining with the standard of national rural land utilization,potential of land utilization in rural residential land was calculated,and classify the potential that the increased cultivated land after arrangement of rural residential land was classficated.It was suggested that deploy land reasonable,rural residential land should be used effectively under the guide of economy type society.
