| 摘 要： | 民国时期,苏南工厂农民工受到严格管制,逐渐确立了守时惜时观念。其间,在原有较为散漫时间观念的惯性作用下,存在守时而不惜时的现象。新旧时间观念的冲突在此调适过程中显现出来。通过惩罚和奖励共同发挥作用,农民工的守时惜时观念终得确立。

| Abstract: | In the Republican period,peasant-workers were tightly regulated in Sunan region,and they established the punctual concept gradually.During that time,low work efficiency existed because of the lax concept of time which peasant-workers were used to.The conflict between the old and new concept of time emerged in the debugging process Finally,they established the punctual and cherish time concept under punishment and reward. |
