高职院校教师“双带头人”岗位胜任力分析及培育路径的研究

从分析高职院校"双带头人"的工作实际出发,分析了"双带头人"职业属性导致的重业务轻党建、工作特点导致的党建和业务融合不足等两个关键问题及产生的原因,从通用能力、专业学术能力、党务党建能力等三个方面探讨了"双带头人"的岗位胜任力构成,从平台搭建、党性修养和职业道德培养、理论联系实践、综合素质与一技之长培养并行等四个角度提出了"双带头人"的培养路径。

Competency Analyses and Cultivation Paths of Dual Leaders in Higher Vocational Colleges

According to the analysis of the actual work of the"Dual Leaders"in higher vocational colleges,the reasons for two key problems of"Dual Leaders"due to occupational features are analyzed,such as focusing on business rather than Party building,and lack of Party building and business’s integration due to job characteristics.The competency composition of"Dual Leaders"is discussed from three aspects:general ability,professional academic ability and Party building ability.Besides,the training path has been put forward from the aspects of platform construction,Party spirit training,professional ethics training,theory-practice connection,comprehensive quality and one-skill training.
