职教集团背景下中职学校转型与升级的制约因素及路径选择

中职学校的内生发展与区域社会经济发展密切相关,需要不断对自身结构、制度等进行完善与革新,从而实现自身的转型与升级。职教集团背景下中职学校实现转型与升级受到内部与外部两方面因素的制约,在分析相关制约因素的基础上,从明确总体方向、打通多层次办学体系以及提升企业参予办学的积极性三个方面提出中职学校转型与升级之路。

Restricting Factors and Path Choice of SecondaryVocational Schools Transformation and Upgrading in Vocational Education Group

The endogenous development of secondary vocational schools is closely related to the regional social and economic development,which requires continuous improvement and innovation of its own structure and system,so as to realize its own transformation and upgrading.The transformation and upgrading of secondary vocational schools are restricted by internal and external factors under the background of vocational education group.On the basis of analyzing the relevant restrictive factors,this paper puts forward the way of transformation and upgrading of secondary vocational schools from three aspects:clarifying the overall direction,opening up the multi-level school running systems and enhancing the enthusiasm of enterprises in running schools.
