| 摘 要： | 试验研究黄芩素对感染鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(STM)小鼠的影响。将80只小鼠分为空白组、STM组、黄芩素+STM组和黄芩素组。结果显示:STM使感染小鼠的存活率明显下降,小鼠血清中炎性因子水平明显增高,脏器指数降低,肝脏和脾脏组织呈现明显的病理改变。黄芩素可使感染STM小鼠的存活率明显升高,小鼠血清中炎性因子水平降低,脏器指数升高,肝脏和脾脏的病理变化明显改善。研究表明,黄芩素对STM感染的小鼠有治疗作用。

| Abstract: | The experiment was to study the effect of baicalein on mice infected with Salmonella typhimurium. 80 mice were divided into blank group, STM group, baicalein+STM group and baicalein group. The results showed that STM reduced the survival rate of infected mice, increased the level of inflammatory factors in serum, decreased the organ index, and showed obvious pathological changes in liver and spleen tissues. Baicalein increased the survival rate of STM-infected mice, reduced the level of inflammatory factors in serum, increased the organ index, and improved the pathological changes of liver and spleen. The present study confirmed that baicalein has therapeutic effect on mice infected by STM. |
