摘    要:浓度>1mmol、<6mmol的咖啡在溶(?)能抑制大麦的发芽势,但不显著;<4mmol时也能显著影响其发茅率;1~3mmol对幼苗生长无明显影响,但达4~6mmol时则差异达显著水平。

Abstract:The seeds of barley were soaked in caffeine solutions with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mmol separately, in order to evaluate the effects of caffeine on the germmation and growth of barley seeds. The measurements of germinating energy, germination percentage and seedling height were recorded and analysed. The results indicated that the germinating energy, percentage of germination and seedling height were all inhibited and the severity was increased with the increasing concentration of caffeine solutions. Except depressing the function of lesion-repairing, the caffeine showed mutagenic activities and could strengthen the physiological lesion of M1 generation when the solution was over 4 mmol.
