摘    要:阐述了高速加工中影响平面铣削精度的几方面要素,介绍了在粗铣、半精铣及精铣条件下如何选择铣刀,分析了冷却方式及涂层材料对刀具的影响,对铣削效率加以综合评价并提供了相关计算公式。

Abstract:Several factors affecting plane milling in high-speed machining process are stated,the methods for choosing appropriate milling cutters under rough milling,semi-fine milling and fine milling conditions are introduced and the effect of the cooling methods and coating materials on the tools is analyzed.A comprehensive evaluation of milling efficiency is made,with relevant calculation formulas provided.
