| 摘 要： | 通过应用7个白僵菌不同菌株对马尾松毛虫进行室内和林间防治试验比较,结果表明,不同菌株间的毒力存在显著差异,以Bbf1菌株对马尾松毛虫幼虫毒力最高,室内毒力测定幼虫校正死亡率达97.7%,林间防治效果达94.3%,Bbf1菌株经大规模生产和大面积防治示范,菌粉平均含孢量达2×1010个·g-1以上,平均防治效果达90%以上,取得了明显的经济、社会和生态效益.

Control Effects of Different Strains of Beauveria bassiana to Dendrorimus punctatus |

| Abstract: | Control effects of 7 strains of Beauveria bassiana to the larvae of Dendrorimus punctatus were tested in laboratory and field The results showed that the virulence of different strains was significantly different In laboratory and field, Bbf1 strain average virulence to larvae reached to 977% and 943% respectively The benefits of economy, society and ecology were got after mass production and application of Bbf1 strain, it′s conidial count over 2×10\+\{10\} spores·g\+\{-1\} and the average control effect is up to 90% |
